June 2024 – The group was very well represented at the CSC in Winnipeg with 3 oral and 1 poster presentations! Excellent job everyone 👏🍻
October 2023 – Treasure hunt in Montreal organized by group members (special credit to Marilyne) to celebrate Ali and Nadjib’s birthdays 🙂 Excellent way to get together and explore old Montreal. It was so much fun!

Finally after two years of minimal group activities because of the Covid-19 pandemic, a group lunch to celebrate the group’s accomplishments and to welcome our two summer undergraduate researchers: Lucille and Eya (unfortunately Eya could not make it to the lunch)!

Hanae’s last day with us. This summer was nothing like other summers due to COVID-19 pandemic. We had to respect many new rules, but Hanae did extremely well. A day without running a column wouldn’t feel right to her 😉 Well done Hanae! We hope you enjoyed the experience with us and hope to work with you again! You will be missed.
February 2020 – Women in Science
Marilyne had the chance to participate in this event at the Science Center in Montreal to encourage women to pursue a career in science. Polymer was the star of the day with the busiest kiosk. Well done Marilyne! Photo on the right: what it took for Marilyne to get prepared for this event 🙂
December 2019 – Christmas stuff!
Finally, Marilyne’s lamentations will no longer be the only thing we hear in the lab. Hard-working students get a brand new radio as Christmas gift!

November 2019 – CQMF Student Symposium, Montreala
The group was well-represented at the CQMF Student Symposium with Marilyne and Diep presenting their posters and Brandon giving a talk! Great job guys!
June 2019 – 102th CCCE, Quebec
First poster of the group by Diep and Marilyne. They presented their work on the synthesis of a new class of metallopolymers. Well done! This was followed up with Marilyne’s birthday dinner! Great conference overall.
